Launching Spring 2026!

Launching in Spring 2026, the BULK Space Emerging Curator Program is designed to support early-career curators interested in socially engaged, experimental, and community-rooted curatorial practices. The program will provide selected participants with mentorship, access to the BULK Media Lab’s extensive resources, and opportunities to curate exhibitions, public programs, and publications that reflect Detroit’s dynamic creative ecosystem. By centering collaboration, equity, and experimentation, the Emerging Curator Program aims to cultivate the next generation of curatorial voices shaping the future of contemporary art in Detroit and beyond.
